The MSTP episodes are carefully crafted from the black perspective, and in this racially charged, post-Covid, socially distanced society we have A LOT to say. The flow of each show is unique in that we offer opportunities for our viewers to become a part of the conversations via commentary or call-ins. Rather we agree/disagree, laugh/cry, or debate/concede, it's always a good time.

Through many professional and artistic endeavors, Taj always found himself in a position of helping people either through the expression of words through his music or coaching and life advisement.
Now nationally certified in relationship education, he wanted to continue in the direction of coaching and life advisement, so he created MSTP with Taj to utilize the platform of podcasting as a voice for black men.

Robert Maddox was born by the river, "The Monogahela to be exact" and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where he spent the majority of his time learning and working on car engines and perfecting his craft in audio engineering.
